Menu:

Starter: Red and green terrine with soft cranberry

‘cheese,’ crostini*, cherry tomato


Soup: White bean minestrone


Salad: Satsuma Supremes, Shiitake ‘bacon,’

candied pecans, radicchio, romaine lettuce, pomegranate vinaigrette


Entrée Choices:

Encrusted Portobello or tofu – Chestnut stuffing*, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce


Chanterelle Gratin – layered, finely sliced potatoes, chanterelle & crimini mushrooms, cashew bechamel, with roasted kalettes


Christmas Tamale – filled with squash, green chile, cashew mozzarella, with pinto bean cakes, red quinoa, dried cranberries, champignons, cilantro


Dessert Choices:

Dutch Apple Pie* – With brandy-soaked golden raisins, and vanilla bean ice cream Pumpkin Pie* – With coconut whipped cream


Pomegranate “Cheese” cake – With fresh pomegranate seeds, and pomegranate reduction

RAVENS BREAKFAST MENU

Breakfast alone is worth the trip. Breakfast is popular – and reservations are strongly advised – demonstrating that more and more diners appreciate our effort to produce ethical and healthy cuisine that is also delicious!


If you are a guest of the Inn, enjoy a complimentary gourmet breakfast individually prepared especially for you. If you are visiting the area, we are a popular local spot for breakfast. So, even if you are not staying with us – come for breakfast! We serve from 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 weekdays and 11:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Our ingredients are organic and much of our greens and vegetables are from our own Big River Nurseries. Organic ingredients are expensive and to assure the highest quality, we cook breakfasts to order.

Savory Breakfast Crepe 

Chickpea crepe with seasonal vegetables and served with our cashew cheese sauce.

Stanford Citrus Polenta 
Our signature brunch entree – grilled citrus polenta with garden greens sautéed in our braising sauce.  Served with our cashew “cream” sauce 15.00

Burrito* 

Scrambled tofu or braised tempeh, mixed garden vegetables, black beans, rice, Ravens’ enchilada 

sauce and our cashew cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. With salsa cruda and sour cream,

The Ravens Restaurant is really two restaurants – with two creative staffs. In the evening The Ravens provides an exceptional vegan experience and it’s painless! Guests don’t have to go out of their way to try an ethical, sustainable meal.
They also find an outstanding wine list and a full bar.

In the morning the Ravens Restaurant offers a large and extraordinary Breakfast Menu. Recognizing that most of our guests are not vegans, we offer a large variety of elegant, gourmet breakfast dishes to assure they will not miss bacon and eggs. Our dishes are traditionally associated with the finest breakfast restaurants in the United States.

RAVENS DINNER MENU

Farm to table since the day we opened, a truly exceptional experience, dinner at The Ravens is served daily beginning at 5:30 p.m. Our selections include a variety of starters, including our signature Sea Palm Strudel, salads, soup and a selection of entrées 

and wonderful deserts.


Our menu continually changes in relation to the availability of organic ingredients, the seasons, and the creativity of our chefs! As members of the International Slow Food Movement, we feature cuisine inspired by our California and USDA certified organic gardens.


The Ravens Bar Menu features a variety of pizzas, barbecued pulled tempeh sandwich, vegan burgers, potato wedges – all freshly prepared. We offer Happy Hour from 5:00 – 6:30 every day of the week except for Holidays.
